I'm so headache last few days as Kendra's nanny wanted to take a week off (15th September to 22 September) to visit her daughter in Singapore because her daughter just gave birth to a baby boy on 9th September. In between this time, I need to go down to KL to attend my monthly sales meeting which I had absent for last month due to my brother wedding..........
After discuss with hubby, he will take 2 days off for Monday and Tuesday while I'm in KL. I'm a bit doubt on his capability to take care of this little monster for this few days. But, we don't have any other choices other than that...........
Since this incident happen, I thought of sending Kendra to nursery instead of sending her to nanny house. But according to hubby, she is still so small to be send to nursery and he rejected my suggestion. After all the consideration, I suggested to him that maybe we hire a maid and take care of Kendra at house. He accept my suggestion and told me that he will take into further consideration again..........hopefully he will grant my wish!!!!

Having a maid also good for you. But make sure don't let Kendra stay alone with maid.
even though live in maid is more convenient, i still think nanny is more realiable, in terms of safety when u are not around. will be good if anyone can help u keep an eye on the maid :)
i vote for kendra stay with your hubby. first time i left Ava with her father was 10 months old, i gave him full instructions in writing and paste on fridge. it worked, then she was left with her father again for 3 days and same thing, full instruction and it worked. it gives daddy & daughter bonding mah. i also think he cannot handle her but i also think maybe i should give him chance.
