Goodbye 2009
Time flies without notice, she is going to be 4 years old in few months later. I told her this morning that today is her last day in this center and she seems sad too. Luckily I managed to bring the camera to her nursery and seek help from her teacher to snap some pictures for her before she left.
For myself, this year gonna be a "bad" year for me. Some of you may already know how I had my hard time during labor for my son. I really hope that all the bad things I can left it behind and tomorrow onwards, it will be a good year with lots of joy waiting for me. For my fellow blog readers, I wish you all a happy and prosperous year 2010 too!!!!!

Rudd rolls up migrant welcome mat
Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has flagged a cut in immigration because of the global financial crisis, faltering economic growth and a rise in unemployment.
Mr Rudd said the current immigration rate was an increase on the previous year.
He said that increase was to meet employer demands for more skilled workers, particularly in mining and resource intensive Western Australia and Queensland.
"As with all previous governments, and mine's the same, whenever we set immigration targets we will adjust them according to the economic circumstances of the day," he told the Fairfax Radio Network in Melbourne .
The 2008-09 Migration Program is set at 190,300 places, representing a 19.8 per cent increase on the 2007-08 program. The figure includes 56,500 places for family migrants sponsored by people already in Australia and 133,500 places for those with special skills.
But that's now been criticised as excessively large in a period of economic turmoil.
Mr Rudd said immigration was not one-size-fits-all across the country and the government would take advice on where skilled workers were needed.
Monash University researcher Andrew Markus has estimated that of the 21 million Australians, a quarter were born abroad - twice the proportion of the population in the United States and three times that of Britain.
Britain and New Zealand are still the largest source countries, but almost every country is represented.

Any of you did ask the favor from Gaik Pheng too? Mind to share you is in your list?

A Joke To Share...........
O ne Chinese person walks into a bar in America late one night and he saw Steven Spielberg. As he was a great fan of his movies, he rushes over to him, and asks for his autograph.
I nstead, Spielberg gives him a slap and says "You Chinese people bombed our Pearl Harbor, get out of here."
The astonished Chinese man replied "It was not the Chinese who bombed your Pearl Harbor , it was the Japanese".
"Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese, you're all the same," replied Spielberg.
I n return, the Chinese gives Spielberg a slap and says "You sank the Titanic; my forefathers were on that ship."
Shocked, Spielberg replies "It was the iceberg that sank the ship, not me."
The Chinese replies, "Iceberg, Spielberg, Carlsberg, you're all the same."
This particular joke won an award for the best joke in a competition in Britain

8TV Summer Concert @ Ipoh
While I'm waiting for my mom and sis, I saw few peoples walking out from the lift and all of them are wearing the pass with the SC logo on it. All of them are part of the staffs for that function.
I also "kepoh" and listen their conversation.......I heard one of the guy talking to another girl that Sandy Lam was "black face" due to one of her luggage was missing. When I thought of walking nearer to hear clearly, my mom and sis already walking to me and it's time to go into the restaurant, so I don't have a chance to listen the whole story.........
The show will be held in Ipoh Padang @ 11/8/07, 8.30pm.
KWSP
Other than checking the yearly statement, we can check the withdrawal status, withdrawal history and withdrawal eligibility. By clicking at the withdrawal eligibility, you will know how much you can withdraw for purchase a new house, passed away, education, lost of ability, leaving country, medication, monthly payment [not sure what is this for], retirement and to reduce your housing loan.
What a surprise to me when I'm checking for my 2006 statement. My previous employer did pay for me the December KWSP although I have officially resign WEF 1st of December. WOW.... this time "untung" already!
