Help......Web Hosting!!!

This thought come to me when I'm blog-hopping this few days. I wish to host my blog under my own domain. How, Why, Who............?????

I really don't know where should I start and who should I sign up with...... When I try to google some info of the Malaysia web hosting provider, I totally don't know what is their package are about as too many IT jargon were used and I'm so strange to all this........

Can you share with me:

1. which web hosting provider you signed up with and what is their charges
2. down time/service interruption..... will it happen very frequent
3. Is their support team helpful enough....... coz I think I really need lots of technical support if I signed up...kekekekek!
4. Will it be complicated to transfer my existing blog to the new domain
5. what I should take into consideration when choosing the right provider
6. ............
7. ............

i hope i can help... but i'm a dummy too!! It's my hubby who helped me on that.

Btw, initially i signed up with Eternal Solution but to me, their support is very poor and some other bloggers complainted that their FTP is very slow. The ES is very cheap compared to others.

I'm signed up with Exabytes now but quite cosy lor... Probably you can check with others blogger about this.
