Pregnancy & Delivery Story Tag

This is an interesting tag and I started to post it once I received it from Family First without thinking twice.

1. Was your first pregnancy planned?
Yes.

2. Were you married at that time?
Yes, we were married for more than a year at that time

3. What were your reaction?
Happy + excited

4. Was abortion an option for you?
101% nope. We had been "working very hard" on it for more than 3 months only we got it.

5. How old were you?
27 years old

6. How did you find out you were pregnant?
My "auntie" come and visit me very punctual every month, when I missed my period for 3 days and bought the home pregnancy test kit to test it, a positive result was show.

7. Who did you tell first?
Of course my hubby

8. Did you want to find out the sex?
Yes, this is because I can't wait to start my shopping for baby stuffs....

9. Due date?
8th April 2006

10. Did you have morning sickness?
Not really. Only have some migraine at the first trimester

11. what did you crave?
everything except rice

12. who/what irritated you the most?
eerr...... nothing

13. What was your first child sex?
A girl

14. Did you wish you had the opposite sex of what you were getting?
Nope. Hubby and I wished for a girl at the very first beginning.

15. How many pounds did you gain throughout your pregnancy?
around 10 kg

16. Did you have a baby shower?
Nope

17. Was t a surprise or did you know?
N/A

18. Did you have any complication during your pregnancy?
Nope

19. Where did you give birth?
Ipoh Specialist Hospital

20. How many hours were you in labour?
Overall, it's a smooth and fast delivery. I admitted at 8pm and gave birth at 10.30pm. Not much suffer from the contraction.

21. Who drove you to the hospital?
Hubby

22. Who watched you give birth?
my gynae, hubby, few nurses and Cecilia ( she is the person who come and collect my baby's cord blood)

23. Was it natural or C-Section?
Natural

24. Did you take medicine to ease the pain?
Nope... no epidural

25. How much did your child weigh?
3.33 kg

26. When was your child actually born?
02-04-06 ( luckily she was not born on April Fool day)

27. What did you name him/her?
Kendra.... coz mommy is a big fans of "The Apprentice" that time and Kendra is the only female winner.

28. How old is your first born today?
Going to be 3 years old this April

Tag: The Age That I Wish To Go Back To

Thanks Dora for tagging me. Eerr...... at what age I wish to go back huh?????? Lots of question mark in my mind now. If I were giving a chance to turn back the time, I wish that I can go back to the time when I delivered my girl.

How I wish I'm strong enough to witness the whole process. During my delivery of Kendra, I vomit when the doctor ask me to "push" and I've totally lost my concentration. Hubby also can't recall the whole process when I ask him due to he is so busy taking care of me at that time. So, if I'm going to deliver my second baby, I've to be more strong to witness his/her arrival compare to my last experience.

My Handphone Picture

I'm holding 2 phones currently and both phones display the picture of my lovely daughter. Picture on shown on the black color phone was taken when Kendra is about 5 months old. We were hanging around in a shopping mall and suddenly I felt that let her try one the sunglasses display in the mall. So, I quickly snap a photos of Kendra wearing the sunglasses.

The other picture shown on the white color phone was taken when Kendra was only 1 months plus. Whenever I feel unhappy or down, sure I'll take out my phone and take a look at this picture of Kendra......it will make me smile whenever I look at it.

8 Random Facts About My Mum

A big thanks to lovely mummy to pass me this tag....I love it.

Here we go for the 8 random facts about my mommy.....

1. She will be 56 years old this 15/9....let me wish her "happy birthday" in advance

2. She never work after her secondary (SPM) until now....... meaning to say she got no working experience at all.....hehehe

3. She is very good in cooking. She always make sure that we have our favourite dish every meal and end up she can cook for 8 or 9 dishes for a meal.

4. My mum got her driving license before I got mine. She can only drive forward but cannot reverse......that's why you will only she her driving in the highway.

5. My mum sacrifice a lots because of us. She don't have much friends because she is a full time mum and need to take care 4 of us. So, we become her best friends.......

6. The only hobby for my mum is "4 ekor". She is so hardworking to collect all the result in the newspaper and paste it in a diary to keep track on it....funny, rite!

7. She is such a oriental women. When we travel to Australia and Japan, she insisted to have her Chinese cuisine which is difficult to found there.

8. She very rely on my dad. Although she study until SPM, she don't know how to turn on the DVD player by her own. For her mobile, she only know how to answer and make a call...other than that, sorry la.......

If I Have $1 Million

Got this tagged from Chooi Peng before I go to KL that day and I promised her will get it done when I'm back. How I wish I could have this 1 million with me when I went to Kl that day, so I can have a carzy shopping spree there.......

Ok.....If I have 1 million:

1. I'll bring my whole family for vacation and the destination will be Japan again. So that I can shop shop shop.........(100k gone)

2. Change a new car for myself and hubby. I think I won't use that money to settle our housing loan since hubby is getting the housing loan subsidy every month from his company. (150k gone)

3. Tender my resignation.....so that I can be a SAHM to take care of Kendra

4. To invest the balance of money into Unit Trust......hopefully will get a good return after 10 or 20 years.

10 Things I Hate About My Hubby

It's not an easy tag for me compare to others tag. Not because my hubby was too perfect but I really can't think of what I hate about him. Anyhow, still have to complete it.

Here we go:

1. He like to keep his mouth shut all the time when attend to our family/friends gathering until others will thought that he was mad at that time

2. He don't have the sense of urgency. Sometimes we are run out of time but he still can drive very steady.

3. He got more than 10 pairs of shoes but still plan to buy more!

4. He will go out when his friend call him even at 1.00am

5. He is so good in $$ management until I can't have a chance to dig his money..hahaha

6. Always left the paper/magazine in the toilet

7. No sense of romance AFTER I married him

8. Always force me to talk to him when I'm angry with him

hehehe....so fast come to no.9 liao

9. I hate about his eyes when taking picture. He like to blink his eyes whenever we are taking picture and end up he is the one who spoil the picture.

10. ....it take me abt 10 min to think of this last point ler....... yeah, he don't like to turn on the signal whenever he is driving, feel so unsecure sitting beside him.
