Ingredients A:
130g butter
110 g brown sugar
1 egg yolk
Ingredients B: (Sieved together)
1/2 tsp baking powder
150g plain flour
15g cocoa powder
50g almond flakes
Methods:
1. Cream butter and brown sugar until just fluffy. Add in egg yolk and stir well
2. Add B and mix into a dough. Mix in almond flakes. Wrap with plastic wrapper and chill for 1-2 hours
3. Remove and cut into 1cm thick slices. Arrange onto a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at160°
4. Remove and leave to cool. Store in a air-tight container
