Alam - Her new Idol....!!!!

Do you know who this Alam is? Have you watch the show "Do You Think You Can Dance" before? Yes, Alam is the Malaysian favourite dancer and now 8tv is showing a real story drama from this guy. This is the 2nd local Malay drama I watch after the Goal & Gincu (G & G). The show time is every Sunday 10.00pm on 8tv.

For the past 2 weeks, I'm able to catch the drama on TV because hubby still in Shanghai and only me and Kendra are home. We didn't go out for shopping since hubby was not around and Kendra will be the one who accompany me to watch the drama. From the last 2 episodes, Kendra was so excited when she saw Alam was doing the breakdance and she told me that she also can dance like that. She start to make few turns and dance happily. The day after the drama, she told me that she want to watch Alam again and when her daddy call back, she told her daddy that she know how to dance like Alam and will show it to her daddy!!!! We both laughed non stop after we heard her conversation.

And yesterday, while we are on our way to Jusco for dinner. The school bus in front of me stop and drop off some pupils. Kendra pointed to a Malay guy with a secondary uniform......"mommy you see.... Alam ar".......... I was almost fainted when she told me this. You know why she said so??? This is because the last 2 episodes was about the secondary school time of Alam and he is on his school uniform most of the screen. Kendra thought that the boy is Alam.....hahahah!!! I think she like him so much already until she will called out his name.

Now, I have to open my PC to show her Alam straight from the 8tv website because she can't wait until Sunday to see Alam again. You can also watch back the miss episodes there.

Singulair

From my last post, Kendra was having cough + phlegm on and off for more than a month. I've stop to feed her the medicines when I noticed that her condition is getting better but sad to said that the cough came back again after the stop. I have no choice but continue feed her with the medicines.

I've google out some info about this medicine..... Singulair Oral granules 4 mg and this is what my findings:

What is Singulair?

Singulair is a leukotriene (loo-koe-TRY-een) inhibitor. Leukotrienes are chemicals your body releases when you breathe in an allergen (such as pollen). These chemicals cause swelling in your lungs and tightening of the muscles around your airways, which can result in asthma symptoms.

Singulair is used to prevent asthma attacks in adults and children as young as 12 months old. It is also used to relieve runny nose and sneezing caused by allergies in adults and children as young as 6 months old.

Do not give Singulair to a child without a doctor's advice.

Singulair is also used to prevent exercise-induced bronchoconstriction (narrowing of the air passages in the lungs) in people who are not already taking this medicine for other conditions.

If you already take Singulair to prevent asthma or allergy symptoms, do not use it for exercise-induced bronchoconstriction.

Singulair may also be used for other purposes not listed in this medication guide

Singulair Side Effects

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat. Call your doctor at once if you have any of these serious side effects:

• skin rash, bruising, severe tingling, numbness, pain, muscle weakness;

• mood or behavior changes, anxiety, depression, or thoughts about suicide or hurting yourself;

• tremors or shaking;

• severe sinus pain, swelling, or irritation; or

• worsening asthma symptoms.

Less serious Singulair side effects may include:

• upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea;

• mouth pain;

• tired feeling;

• dizziness, headache;

• sore throat, cough, hoarseness; or

• stuffy nose.

The paed ask us to give this Singulair for Kendra for a period of 3 months but I'm doubt it's necessary. The price for this medicines is not cheap (RM130 for 28 sachets) and I'm so worry about the side effects mentioned.

Anyone can share with me your experienced with this Singulair........ appreciate it!!!!

How many bears are there...??

I think I've to thank my dear friend - Ivy to passed this poison to me...... kekekek!!! She sms me yesterday and informed me that Guardian is having 4 days sales for the Isomil Plus Advance. The price is really attractive and I can't resist myself to stock up again for this formula. I quickly called up to the nearest Guardian to make my reservation due to heavy rain and I can't go and pick it up immediately.

When the rain is stop and Kendra still having her nap at my mom's house, I quickly squeeze out to collect my orders before it run out of stock. I went to 2 branches of Guardian and managed to get 9 cans of the formula even they have limited 3 cans per customer (main tipu sikit la).........kekekeke!!!

This are my current stock on hand and I think the supply can easily last until Kendra is 3 years old. She only take her milk 3 times(maximum) a day at 6oz and a small can (400gm) can last about 5 -6 days. So, the stock here can last at least 6 months.

Help......Web Hosting!!!

This thought come to me when I'm blog-hopping this few days. I wish to host my blog under my own domain. How, Why, Who............?????

I really don't know where should I start and who should I sign up with...... When I try to google some info of the Malaysia web hosting provider, I totally don't know what is their package are about as too many IT jargon were used and I'm so strange to all this........

Can you share with me:

1. which web hosting provider you signed up with and what is their charges
2. down time/service interruption..... will it happen very frequent
3. Is their support team helpful enough....... coz I think I really need lots of technical support if I signed up...kekekekek!
4. Will it be complicated to transfer my existing blog to the new domain

My iPod

Thanks hubby for fixing the battery of my iPod which I had been keep it aside for years. What I need to do now is to transfer all my favorite albums to my iPod so that I can play the songs in my car since Felix did get me the car adapter.

She Love/Miss Her Daddy

When Kendra saw her daddy carrying his luggage and ready to place it in the car, she pointed to the luggage and ask me whether her daddy is going to Japan. I told her that daddy is going to take the flight to China to work. She start crying and become clingy when she heard so. Begging her daddy not to go to work and herself also refuse me to change her before going to nursery.

While be are dropping her at the nursery, she start to hold her daddy so tight and all the pity faces was show. Daddy give her a goodbye kiss and promise her that will try to bring her to ride on the plane if she behave.

At night when we return home from my mom's house, she saw her daddy car was park at the car porch and she thought her daddy is back. She was so disappointed when I told her that daddy only will be back 2 weeks later. She keep crying for her daddy and what mommy need to do to calm her down....... turn on her favorite cartoons - Shrek and she stop looking for her daddy anymore and sleep when she is tired.

Like Mother Likes Daughter

I think Kendra was influenced by mommy for her baking lately and she like to play her "masak masak" (cooking toys) so much. She will cook for us whenever she got orders from all of us....... wan ton mee, chu cheong fan, pizza, cakes, bread, nescafe ice, kopi ice and etc.......

Since she like to cook so much and she yet own a nice kitchen play set, so her daddy bought her a set of Play-Dough yesterday. She like the set and can't wait to cook all the nice foods for us when we are home.

I plan to get her another set of Play-Dough which I think she will like it too. It can makes fews cone of ice cream........hahahah!
